Living Business 2021 Public Voting

The Living Business 2021 edition, in association with HSBC, was kicked-off in March, with the ambitious plan to support companies in their transition to a net-zero global economy. Now, we are getting closer to the Graduation & Showcasing Phase of this programme.

Out of more than a hundred companies, 71 have started or undertaken projects in 2021 to make themselves or their industry more sustainable. It’s time to show the world how these businesses are improving their environmental and social footprints, thereby making their countries: UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Egypt, more sustainable. 

Competitors have been divided into three categories: Small, Medium and Corporate sized businesses. During a period of three weeks, we will showcase the best businesses in each category via a public voting campaign! 

Each round will take place over one week:

• Small Business Category – launch: Monday 25 Oct 15:00 UAE Time – close: Monday 1 Nov 15:00 UAE Time
• Mid-size Category – launch: Monday 1 Nov 15:00 UAE Time – close: Monday 8 Nov 15:00 UAE Time
• Corporate Category – launch: Monday 8 Nov 15:00 UAE Time – close: Monday 15 Nov 15:00 UAE Time

This is your chance to see what they’ve been working on and decide which one most deserves to win. Cast your vote below on your favorite company!

The public voting will be followed by a judged competition, to be hosted during the final event at the UK Pavilion during Expo 2020. Winners will be showcased via social and have the chance to attend an ESG-linked virtual course at The University of Cambridge!
